Dear Sir or Madam,
You would kindly recall that two weeks ago our company meeting was held at your hotel. In regards to that, hereby I am going to share some feedbacks which I received from my participants.
If I enlight on positive and the thing which pleased to everybody most is cleanliness and ambiguous environment of the hotel. In further, your warm welcome praised by all the participants and I am delighted to see that too. However, when they headed towards lunch on the 2nd floor of your hotel they disappointed with the quality of the food which served. To be precise, there were no arrangements to maintain food warm and in some curries, vegetables are not fresh. By complaining it to the immediate supervisor another option made available but still some of the team members were not satisfied with the quality of food. Hence, I have to come up with feedback and suggestions for that as well. I would suggest you to please improve the quality of your food and when you prepare food prior then make arrangements to keep it warm so the test could resist.
