You recently organized an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.

I'm writing to thank you for letting us organize our company all-day meeting at your hotel, it was a great day everything was served and organized properly.
The participants liked a lot the hotel, they liked its location directly near the station and have access to the downtown shops. Interior, they like its concept and how the halls are arranged even the idea of the reception how it is formed. However, they were all amazed by your customer service how the team is well trained.
But, they have small concerns and they were unhappy about the food, especially the sea food. Some got stomach-ache and started vomiting and others got allergic from the shrimps and octopus. There taste was little bitter and it smells stinky.
That's why I would like to accept our comments and reviews regarding the food and we suggest from your side to check with the kitchen chef if the food is fresh or the catering that you are dealing with; since this will have negative reputation on your hotel.
Thank you for accepting our complains and hope we will have other meetings at your hotel.
