Dear Sir
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude, for your excellent service and courtesy. Thank you for hosting our conference at your reputable hotel.
The participants were quiet impressed with the arrangement that you made, they liked the free wi-fi service along with the lighting and sound system. Participants were very happy about enough parking spaces for parking their cars.
The members loved the lunch menu. Everything looked perfect in place, except for few slight problems. The participants were complaining about some of the main course food items seemed undercooked, whereas some of the food items were served cold. Apart from that some of the members complained about a cake that was extremely dry and tasted stale.
Being your regular customer, I would suggest you to keep a close eye on food items and inspect the food well prior serving. Although your hotel has chefs who had specialised in various cuisines, yet you need to hire a dessert chef to bring change to sweet course. Luckily, I happen to know a skillful dessert specialist. I am sure if you hire him he will be a great addition to your kitchen team.
