Dear Sir,
I am writing you to express my frustration regarding the shipped furniture. I found some detoriorations in the delivered stuff.
First, the chairs legs are scratched and the paint got removed due to the packaging, while the glass of the table are totally broken into pieces. There is also a missing handle of the small wooden comode, although the office desk is scrabbled from the up surface. On the other hand the leather of all the the chairs and the couch are absolutely different from what I ordered.
I am really upset from the shipping service and the time taken to deliver it. I need you to send the U haul car to take back the furniture and send me a whole new again shipment again. So I will be at my place for the next week.
I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
