Dear Mohan,
I'm writing in response to your letter asking for advice to either go for postgraduation or job. In my opinion, you should opt for the working option as it'll open many doors for you in the future.
I feel it'll not be a great decision to join the master's course now. Firstly, it'll take time for you to get adjusted to the new place with totally new people and that too in a different country. Secondly, as all your friends already started working in the reputed IT firms, it will be frustrating for you to see them enjoying hence better to drop this option.
Furthermore, I've a positive intuition that you will crack the well-paid job interview soon. It will boost your self-confidence and your learning curve will rise exponentially when you start working in top IT companies with colleagues of different ages. Once to gather the business and technical knowledge, you can go for a master's in business administration. In addition to this, you can support your family financially by paying all the debts which they took for your studies.
I'd suggest you apply in the top IT companies like TCS, HCL, Accenture, CSC, etc as you have high grades and well number of certifications to justify your knowledge. IT companies pay well to the software engineers and many benefits will be given in addition to this. I'd like to wish you all the very best.
