Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the problem caused by your airline.
I had decided to choose your airline after many searches. You guaranteed that it is the best airline, which priority is passengers’ convenience. Unfortunately, on arrival, I understood that my luggage was lost, and I was waiting at the airport, searching for it. I received my luggage on the last day of the trip, which is not reasonable.
On the day of my arrival, my friends had a party, that I could not attend because of the mentioned delay at the airport to find my luggage. Secondly, as it is obvious, I had no suitable clothes for the trip, and I had to buy some clothes that I did not have a plan to buy. Thirdly, all the souvenirs that I had bought for my friends were in the luggage, and I could not give them their gifts during my trip, which was really a shame.
As the problems caused to me was the fault of your airline, I would be so grateful if the half of my airplane ticket money was refunded. As I said, I spend some money on buying clothes that I did not need, causing me not to have enough money for other tasks on the trip.
I look forward to receiving the refund for the inconvenience caused to me.
