I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction regarding your customer service.
Half a month ago, I rented a car named Honda Image from your company and my customer number is Ch1245. I rented this car to spend my summer vacation with my family, and while I was going to the market for shopping suddenly it started producing a strange noise from the engine. I checked and found that the wire of air-conditioning was completely burned which puts me and my family into trouble as we had to suffer a lot on that hot summer day.
A week ago, I approached your company by a call and did not get any response from your side. Kindly take the action to correct the damage, otherwise replace the car with another one. If it is not possible, refund my money.
