My name is Shan and I am a sales executive. I have to travel a lot on a daily basis. I assume that you might understand how difficult it is to travel in a vehicle without proper air conditioning at this hot and humid weather.
I hired a Toyota Camry, registration number 2345 on the 2nd of January, at your rental shop. The very first day, I took the car from your centre, the air condition had noise but your staff assured me that it is normal and it will not be a problem. But the air condition stopped functioning on the way itself. I called up the customer service and launched a complaint. Since then no one has responded.
Now, it is been one week and I would highly appreciate if you could replace the car soon. I do not have any specific choice but only one condition that the vehicle should be in perfect condition.
