You ride a bicycle to work, but there is a problem with the parking. Write a letter to the manager of the Parking Management Company.
In your letter, you should tell:
why you ride a bicycle to work
what the problem is with the parking
what your suggest are.
Dear Sir,
My name is Valli, and I am writing to bring my concern regarding the parking space in Park street.
To elaborate further, I usually use a bicycle to commute to work to keep myself fit and active. Moreover, it is highly conducive to burn unwanted calories, by free of cost, since the cost of petrol is saved using this mode of transport.
However, I face a predicament while parking my bicycle, since the place is completely occupied by cars or other four-wheelers. Initially, during morning hours there would be plenty of space available for parking, but nowadays, even before 8 AM it is completely packed by other vehicles.
Certainly, there are no warning signs in the place of bicycle parking, which should be placed in order to prevent these issues. Additionally, a tow-away or some minimal amount of fine as to be devised on offenders, this could make them follow the rules. Finally, I hope you would understand my issue, and I am looking forward to seeing changes in the upcoming days.
Thank you for being considerate.
Yours faithfully,
Valli
