Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you about discontinuing my evening courses at your study centre from next week. Please allow me to elaborate on what happened.
As you are already aware, I have been working at Norton Inc and attending part-time courses for the past 8 months. Recently, I was moved to a US client project, where work timing is based on pacific standard time. As PST and IST are nearly 12 hours apart, I have to stay late in the office for client meetings. Besides, there are few mandatory trainings and certifications that have to completed as per the agreement with this client. At this juncture, It appears that circumstances are not conducive for me to continue the course.
It was a really tough decision for me, although I hope it is just temporary. There is a possibility of moving back to my previous project after 6 months and, I believe, can rejoin the same course during that time.
