Write a letter to the admissions tutor:
explain your position
apologise and offer to come on another day or later the same day.
ask how long the interview will be and whether there will be any tests during it.

Dear tutor,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I have received your message about the interview which will start at 7 am on Monday. I am very grateful for the invitation but unfortunately I cannot be there on this specific time.
I apologize for the inconvenience but I am travelling to visit my family. I will not have enough time to go back to my city and attend this interview. If is possible I would like to re-schedule to next day that I would be ready to attend the meeting.
Moreover, I would be happy if we find another way to attempt this interview which is really important to me. Also I would like to study this course in the institution which I will improve my skills and start my career. Can you please send more detail about the interview? How long time it will be taken? It will have test during the interview?
