Dear neighbours,
It was sad to receive a letter from you a few weeks ago, complaining about the disturbance caused to you. I understand from your letter that the noise caused you too much trouble.
Firstly, I want to inform you that the noise you might have heard is of the drilling machine. Currently, all electrical boards in my house needs attention. It was bit difficult to repair each one, hence, we are installing new boards. Also, I had no idea about most of the children’s examinations. I’m extremely sorry for the trouble caused. If I was aware about the annual exams, I would have postponed the plan. However, the work has begun, and it can’t be left in the middle. I’ll ask the workers to work when children are not home. Please let me know the timings so I’ll decide likewise.
