Dear neighbors,
I am Tarseam Singh, living in unit 7656. I am writing this letter in response to your complaint about noise from my house.
Recently, my nephews have come to visit my family during their summer vacation. They are not yet that old because that it is harder to control and stop them making from noises. Well, the most noises you heard are probably generated from the music they play on high volume and all the screaming and crying they do when they are reprimanded.
I would like to sincerely apologize for the number of problems you have to face because of them. Although, it may not mean much I hope you will accept it.
I discussed it with my family members and decided it would be better for them to use headphones for the time being and we will also try to make sure the noise would not be much or disturbing for neighbors in the future.
