The purpose of writing this letter to you is - drivers of your bus service are driving rash on the roads.
I am neha, Resident of - Park Plaza street. I am here by writing to you to complaint about the bus service in area. generally as your company has most renowned name of our town and your organisation is well-known for value to time and money.
but now a days in order to be on time at all the bus stops, your drivers always drive in haste. due to which yesterday a little girl of our society was about to met an accident as driver was driving little off the road. furthermore this is not only one incident, there are myriads. last week a man was on its bicycle and the driver was so much in hurry, he did not noticed that pedestrian light is on and due to which he was about to hit that man.
this is causing big trouble in our society and people are afraid of travelling in your buses. moreover your buses are important means of transportation for many of office going people. now they are choosing metros over buses for safe means of transportation. this will some where effect you business as well.
hope you will look into this matter and solve this as soon as possible. else the effect of this will not be very favorable in both terms: neither in terms of business nor in term of any human injury.
