Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction for the poor quality of service provided by the public transport of your organisation from which we commute daily to office.
For the past one week the buses are making reoccurring delays in arriving at the bus stops because of which we reach after the scheduled office hours. Moreover, the planned busses are some times cancelled automatically as a result people including me have to look for other options of transportation such as either we have to book a taxi or to wait for other buses at the bus stops.
People including me have to suffer in myriad of ways because of this discontinuation in the service, as by reaching office late several individuals have received warning letters from their managers, some have also been relieved from their services. This is affecting not only our professional life but also the career.
I would like to suggest you to surge the number of public transports to accommodate a dramatic number of passengers. Furthermore, please follow the timetable stringently so that no one is late for their work.
I hope you will take my suggestions into considerations and will undertake necessary actions. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
