Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction of the poor quality of service of the public transport of your company from which we commute daily to office.
For the past one week the busses are making reoccurring delays in arriving at the bus stops due to which we reach after the scheduled office hours. Moreover, the planned busses are some times cancelled automatically as a result people including me have to look for other options of transportation such as either we have to book a taxi or we have to wait for other busses at the bus stops.
The other people including me have to suffer a lot because of these delays, as by reaching office late many people have received warning letters from their managers some of the individuals have also been relieved from their services. This is affecting both our professional jobs and as well as profession.
I would like to suggest you to increase the number of public transport to accommodate more number of passengers. Furthermore, please follow the timetable strictly so that no one is late for their work.
