I am writing to you inform you about the problem with my credit card. At the beginning I will introduce my self, my name is Doa'a I am a general dentist who works in Alhabeb hospital, which present beside your mean bank office.
I was disappointed yesterday, let me explain in more detail, from your bank I received a credit card statement, which contains a high price purchases that I did not make, furthermore I asked my family member and even my receptionist to be sure that no one use it before sending this letter, and all their answers was no. Because your bank well known to be one of the best around the world, I am sure you will do your best in order to fix this issue.
Would you please request from the accounting officer to re-check my last payments list and try to find a way in order to make everything clear ?
