Dear neighbors,
I hope you all are doing well. I am writing to take your attention that I recently start figuring some new problems in the parking area that I have been shared with you. Which is that some of you leave the light open, which cause an increase in the electricity bill. As well as the place stat to be dirty.
I suggest that Firstly, anyone come in or out of the parking to check the lights and please close it if it was open. Secondly, let us put the garbage on its correct wastebasket which you will find it in the corner writ to the entry gate. I will appreciate your care a lot.
I want to arrange the earliest meeting if you please in order to solve this dilemma. In other words, we should try to do our best to keep the parking as nice as possible.
