Dear teacher,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I will have to discontinue with my evening Statistics coaching lectures. The main reason for taking this decision is that, my present job responsibilities that have been increased, as few of my team members are away from office for next few months. They have been allotted for fieldwork as a result of which I am the only experienced resource to manage the complete office work pertaining to which I have started extending my working hours till late evenings. Due to which, I cannot attend my coaching.
However, I would like to complete the course as it has helped me achieve profound knowledge about variant ways to deal with graphs. According to our previous discussion, this class is also conducted on weekends with extended hours for working professionals. Hence, I would like to request you to transfer me to this batch and I also agree to abide by all the terms, to pay for the additional costs that will be incurred upon me.
