You took an elderly friend, who was not able to walk properly, to a museum and he faced many problems. Write a letter to the manager to let him know about the problems faced and what can be done to avoid those problems.
I am Mary Dionne from south local community. I am writing this letter to complain regarding to problems of museum.
Our local museum is one of our proud of city historical tourist spots. So, plenty of people from another city visit and tour the museum. I’ve noticed that museum have some problems for disable people. I actually invited my friend who is old and not able to look around without wheelchair to our city and visited museum together on last weekend. What I felt uncomfortable things were, Firstly, the descriptions are located high for wheelchair people and kids. He couldn’t read all of informations and needed my help to understand every piece of art. Secondly, there was not accessible for wheelchair to short-cut movie section because of the stairs.
I suggest to you to sovle this problems that replace the informations lower and remove the stairs. If you consider my opinions, It would be helpful to grow up for museum.
