Dear Rick,
I am writing to express my bad experience about the meal we had at ARC’s Restaurant last Monday. My family had accompanied me to this food joint.
We were there to celebrate our first anniversary dinner. The main reason we choose your restaurant because we noticed that you have a good rating for customer service in Trip Advisor.
The meals that we were served was completely letdown. First of all, the food was unhygienic as the utensils were not cleaned properly when its served. Additionally, the chicken fried rice was overcooked that hindered the taste of culinary delight.
I would like to elicit two suggestions which can improve the current situation. The management should take extra care to inspect the cleanliness of utensils carefully. Also, chef should take responsibility and ensure the quality of the food is not compromised before it was served to customers.
