I hope this letter finds you good health. First of all, thank you very much for asking me to visit Singapore and I am excited to meet you all.
As you know, I never visited Asia countries before so I thought of writing to you to get some information clarified before I make my trip.
I am planning to bring some present for your daughter. It would be great if you can share about her hobbies and interest so I can come up with some choices and buy some memorable gift.
Apart from that, what sort of outfits suitable for Singapore weather? Also, what kind of activities are we likely to do while I am there such as swimming, trekking etc., so I can pack my swimming gears and trainers.
Finally, as you know I am recently turned vegan. I have no problem eating egg and fish but can’t take red meat. Hope it’s not a serious problem.
