I am writing to complain about the suitcase that I lost last week at Bangalore airport when I was traveling through Indigo flight from Mumbai to Bangalore on 23 July 2019. The flight PNR number is 67687678.
I was carrying a blue color VIP suitcase, a model number RF233 that was having significant confidential business documents of mine as well as other cardinal items like a Canon camera and the office garments. <span style="font-size: 19.36px;">On Tuesday evening, I boarded indigo flight </span>6E70<span style="font-size: 19.36px;"> from </span><span style="font-size: 19.36px;">Mumbai</span><span style="font-size: 19.36px;"> and handed over the suitcase to airlines authority. </span>After reaching the destination, Indigo airlines announced to collect all luggage from belt no.9. To my amazement, I did not receive it. Then, I complained about the incident to airport authorities, and they assured me to handover the missing suitcase within two days.
It's been more than a week, no one from the airline has contacted and tried to update me the missing suitcase status. Had I not missed the suitcase due to airline fault, I would have attended the meeting with the clients without postponing it. Hoping you understand the severity of the situation and will help me to get the suitcase back within two days. Again, If no action takes place on it, I would have to escalate it to higher authorities.
