Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards my matter that is related with my lost bag.Actually , two weeks ago , I visited from New Delhi to Canada by aeroplane for a business meeting and owing to hurry,I was unable to pick my bag so I left it in aeroplane.
When I reached at my meeting destination then I realized my bag was not with means it was very important to me because I kept my some of my documents in it.Moreover , after my meeting , after my meeting , I wanted to get my bag back and then , I contacted 'Lost and Found department' of airport with full description of my bag and flight Number.Furthermore , currently , I am in India but , after a long wait , I have not received my bag and owing to that , I am in dilemma so I decide that I should write again so that you can solve my matter.
Beside it , as I told you ,it was very significant to me so I want it back and if you do not find it then I will have to face innumerable problems with my clients.Last but not the least , it is high time, kindly , give your best to find this bag so that I can complete my pending works which is related with bag's documents and I would like to tell you that it is a block colour zipper bag with an iron handle on the top side.
I would deeply appreciate you if you may solve this matter on prompt basis.
