You want a book that you cannot find. Later you found it and it is available in a bookstore in another city. Write a letter to the manager of bookstore.
In your letter, you should:
• give details of book
• say why you need this book
• tell how you will pay for it.
Dear Concern,
My name is Minal Kapadia and I am writing this letter to enquire about the book “The Economic Concern” by JK Rowling. Since this book is in limited edition, I have been unable to get my hands on one of the copies. One of my friend, happened to inform me that your store has the book in stock. I happened to go on your website and found that there is only one copy left.
To give you a brief, I am pursuing my Masters in Economics and as a part of curriculum I need to submit a project on the current economic outlook of the world. I read the synopsis of the above mentioned booked and it happens to cover the current economic health of the world. Hence, I would like to purchase this book.
I am aware that your store does not have an option for buying book online. However, if you can share your bank account details, I would right away transfer the money as per the retail price. Additionally, I will also add the courier cost to the total amount. Post receiving the money, you can send across the book at my residential address (enclosed below).
Will await your bank account details.
Yours Sincerely,
Minal Kapadia
