Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to explain to you about a recent accident I had in your shop yesterday. Hopefully, it will draw your attention to the issue, in order to avoid similar errors in future. I would like to begin with my introduction.
My name is Amin Motamedi, and I am a regular customer in your supermarket located in MegaMall Center. I have your new “shop club” card, so you can find my complete information with my customer code “5678” in your database. I am a loyal shopper and I didn’t have any complains to write about until now. So allow me to explain what exactly happened.
I was purchasing my regular daily groceries in the back of your shop, next to the shelves of potato chips and the boxes of chocolate when suddenly a heavy chocolate box just fell on my head when I was passing by. It was a moment of severe pain and agony for me, and it could make me hospitalized if I were less agile to react and guard my head, but still, there is a big obvious lump in my head. I investigated the scene and I understood that your employee is not being as attentive as he should be when he is rearranging the shelves and the items on them. so that leads to instability of the items piled over each other without order and eventually, they will fall, as they did yesterday.
Based on my explanation of the incident, therefore, I would like you to tackle the issue by training your staff about the proper arrangement and positioning of the items immediately, and double checking the shelves on a regular basis and timely manner, according to a safety protocol. I hope such accidents never occur in your shop again because it will tarnish your brand reputation.
I look forward to seeing more safety measures in your shop,
Amin Motamedi
