Dear Sir or Madam,
I feel the need to bring to your knowledge about an issue with supermarket. Allow me to elaborate.
On 02.05.2018, I had visited your store along with my mother-in-law for buying the goods of daily needs. However, while I was picking up toilet paper on aisle 9, the whole stack of roll fell on me as it was not arranged properly. I have highlighted about the impending danger due to poor setting to your store manager on numerous occasions, but it seems nobody was interested in rectifying the issue. Moreover, it is not about the incident that happened, but due to the said incident the adjoining rack which had iron rods standing on one corner lost its balance and fell on me. As a result, I received 7 stitches on my elbow and 3 on my head.
Further, the doctor has advised me 3 weeks of bed rest as a result of events that transpired in the market. It saddens me that your employees are not concerned about safety of the shoppers. I hope you will empathize with my situation and also reprimand your staff to be vigilant in future.
I hope stringent action will be taken by you. Keep me updated.
Yours faithfully,
Brad Jason
