Dear sir or madam,
I am writing to highlight an issue that has been creating a big problem in my everyday functioning. Allow me to elaborate.
I am living in the adjacent building to your restaurant. I was elated to finally have a restro – bar in the vicinity. However, the feeling of happiness turned into a sorrow experience for me. Initially, everything was perfect, but after a span of 2 months everything took a turn and started creating annoyance in the area. I feel bad to state, but your restro – bar has been creating a lot of sound at the night time every day. The situation has reached the peaks as one cannot sleep with the soundproof windows installed.
Further, I feel the need to remind you that the area is solely a residential area and any type of commercial activity is prohibited. However, it is none of my prerogative. I want your management to act on the issue as soon as possible before the situation escalates.
I have been a good neighbour to your as well as for everyone in the neighbourhood. I would be constrained to take actions against your restaurant if you fail to comply with the norms of restaurant laws and lower the sound at night time.
I hope you will empathize with my situation and act accordingly.
Yours faithfully
Brad Jason
