Recently I bought a headset from your shop online to attend my work related virtual meetings and it was working perfectly but since yesterday the sound has gone very low. I have checked all the controls and settings from my computer as well. The microphone is very distorted as well as complained by my colleagues. This is impacting my participation in important work related meetings which looks very unprofessional.
As we are aware of the pandemic going on, I am advised to work from home but still be part of someimportant meetings. Now this malfunction with my headset is very unprofessional on my part as my colleagues have to request me to repeat. Sometimes they miss important information regarding important decisions.
As your exchange and returns policy states that within 2 weeks any faulty products will be replaced free of cost. If you can send me a new pair of headphones today via urgent mail as I can not afford to attend meetings with this pair, and I will pack and post back the faulty pair to you in the meantime.
