Say what the shop or company to do
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you regarding defective working and unsuitable performance of the Lead-free soldering kit of model no. A5-4503 recently purchased from your company. I have used a similar tool in the past from the same range and hence, I know its capabilities. However, this product does not work properly and it overheats after every 3-4 minutes of use which should not happen. Additionally, it also needs a cooling time of more than 10 minutes between every use making it extremely time-consuming and impractical to use.
Let me explain in detail. Being a self- employed jewelry designer I run my own workshop of making rustic iron jewelry from home. For this purpose, I constantly require to utilize a lead-free soldering. Although there are several other alternatives available in the market, I choose this brand and product due to past successful experience and reputation. Now, unfortunately, its ineffectiveness is highly affecting my work and I am unable to fulfill the order on time.
Would you kindly exchange the current product either with a better soldering kit or else provide me with a replacement for the same which is in a better working condition? Please ensure that the new set of tools performs better than the current product specification and is suitable for the requirements mentioned above.
Thanks a lot for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Samantha
