Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about some technical issues I am facing with a Dell laptop model no XDRT5566 recently purchased from your electronic store. Allow me to explain the situation in detail.
To elucidate, there are many problems which I am facing with the laptop. Firstly the battery backup doesn't last too long even after a full charging of 4 hours. additionally, there is a blue screen error while starting the laptop most of the times. Although blue screen error is resolved after restarting the laptop however the battery backup issue is a persistent issue. As you are aware that I had purchased this laptop for doing office work from home hence due to these technical issues my work is getting affected as I am unable to send reports to my office. For your information last week I have already received a warning from my reporting manager for not being able to complete the project work on time.
Lastly, I would need a new replacement for the laptop as it was purchased only a few days ago. additionally, I would also need a discount voucher of Rs 1000 as a competition for the loss of work I had to face with this laptop.
I look forward to your response.
Yours faithfully
Saad
