I am a Team Leader of mobile team at Ahmedabad branch. I am writing this latter to request for visit a main branch for specific time period.
There is new project allocated to company's mobile department team which required relative hardware equipment. London branch have all the facilities regarding new project. So, for the research and understand the basic structure I need to go there for six months. All the task are regularly managing in 'Work Allocation' software, I will schedule all the task prior to my leave and allocate it to respective team members. Also, I will monitor it on regular basis.
To avail the facilities, we have to inform at London branch one month ago, so they can manage the time according project requirement. For that, we have to do meeting with the head of the London branch and I request your to explain whole situation.
