Dear Sir,
I writing this letter to you because I am sitting in front office reception desk all day. This is giving problem to my right feet and it is paining also.
My morning starting with me talk to customers and always sitting on my chair taking calls on switch board and sending calls to people. I get up only once for water and lunch also me having on my desk.
For me my job is easy and I like very much but my feet gets too much pain by evening because I am not moving but siting in one place whole day. I am suggest you to please help me by putting me in filing department in the afternoon. There I can move and file the papers. One staff from there can take care of my desk.
I think like this it is good for our company to sitting people can get chance to move and filing people can get some rest sitting in reception desk it will be change for staff and will help staff in future.
I am hoping that you will take my suggestion and help me in this health problem and make change to working condition quickly. I am hoping to see your email on changes soon.
