Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I am getting back problems as I sit all day on my chair in the baking kitchen.
I am using the corner white table for decorating cakes since 8 weeks and since the place is small all three staff have no option but to sit to decorate the cup cakes. This work requires us to focus and siting all day is affecting my back.
We are making around 800 cup cakes for events in addition to many theme cakes everyday. I suggest you to kindly look into the option to use the small storage room for theme cakes and free up some space so that 2 staff can use the table for making just cup cakes. This will give us space to stand and sit when possible.
This arrangement of keeping the tables separate for cup cakes and theme cakes can help our bakery staff to enjoy their job and create more wonderful cakes in the future.
Kindly consider our request and give us the access to additional space.
