You would like to participate in a work-related seminar in another country. Write a letter to the person in charge of the seminar and ask for detailed information regarding the dates, program, accommodation and cost.
Dear Sir or Madam
I am Anjana and worked as a software engineer in India. I was persuaded to quit my job due to some family commitments. I would like to rejoin my work and started preparing for interviews. I have read about your seminar on "Automation-Industry Standards", scheduled to be held in Sydney, Australia in July 2020. Indeed, It would be helpful since I have a gap in my career, therefore, planning to attend the workshop and need some further details.
Firstly, with regards to date and time, I would like to know the exact schedule of the workshop such as what time it would begin and end each day? Secondly, I would be grateful if you could provide a brief of the program. Furthermore, Will the accommodation provided by you or we should do it ourselves? As I am traveling from India, it would be better to know prior. If not, could you please let me know of the hotels nearby along with the probable cost of stay including meals?
I am hoping to hear from you at your earliest and Thanks in advance!
Your's faithfully,
Anjana
