Dear Neighbours,
I am writing to address a recent issue that had arisen in our shared entrance hall.
Allow me to introduce myself, I am Jenice, the occupant of room unit 1203. It was initially agreed upon by all residents when the building was established that the shared entrance hall would serve as a guest waiting room. However, I have noticed a significant change in its usage lately. It has transformed into a playground for children of all ages, resulting in chaos and disorder. The constant running, playing, screaming in the hall has created an unsightly scene which greatly detracts from the overall appearance of our building. Additionally, it has come to my attention that some children have spitted on the floor, a behavior both unhygienic and impolite.
To rectify this situation and maintain cleanliness and tidiness, while also fostering a knowledgable community, I would like to suggest that we collectively educate our children on proper behaviour in public spaces and encourage them to utilize the outdoor playground for their recreational activities.
Furthermore, I propose organizing a meeting to discuss this matter further and collect feedback from all residents. I have reserved the community room on Friday night 8pm, March 25th and I would be grateful if you could attend.
