Dear Martin,
I had been delighted when I heard about your arrival.
I made a lot of preparations, so your presence should go smoothly.
I’ve already known your flights and took responsibility to place an order for a taxi from the airport. I am supposed to meet you at 11:00 am in front of the 7th gate, provided that everything goes at the time.
As far as the accommodation is concerned, I booked the spacious room near the scenery park. I am pretty sure you will love it. I thought perhaps you might like to know, that the hotel provides all the necessary facilities you will need and all the essential devices for a comfortable life. Also, they assured me that there will be a strong wireless Internet connection.
I was thinking it would be nice to start our day from the daily meeting through the zoom. Our opposite numbers would be delighted to hear you. Then I will pick you up from the hotel and we are going to be at the conference on time. The gathering will take place at the Echo Center.
If you have any questions, without any hesitation ask me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely yours,
Helen Pr.
