Dear Sir,
Greetings for the day!
I am Amanpreet Kaur employee of MTech Pvt. Ltd. Company at Patiala, Punjab; I want to book a conference hall in your hotel for one day which is 17.07.2019, to provide the training course for our staff. However, before booking, I want to clear some issues to avoid interruptions during our course.
Through this conference, our company is going to provide marketing strategies to the newly joined employee by using PowerPoint presentation. Therefore, we need some equipment in this hall such as one Projector, a big white screen, 20 microphones and 20 headphones.
Along with this, I would like to confirm some other facilities, which are available at your conference centre or not? Is the hall is fully air-conditioned or not? Will the mineral water bottles supplied by you or not? Moreover, the conference not only starts at 7 clocks in the morning, but the employees will do their breakfast and lunch there, so what are the charges for both meals? If you provide such data as soon as possible, then I able to word with my chairman of the company to book your conference centre.
Looking forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Amanpreet Kaur
