I am writing to you to enquire about the conference hall and its facilities as we are planning to organize a meeting on 25th July 2019. Total gathering in this meeting will be maximum 250 persons because this is an annual review meet of our department with team building activities.
All basic facilities like mics, sound system, and comfortable seats will be required in addition to a huge digital screen of 3 meters. Moreover, spot lighting and separate desk for top management would be an advantage to add extra flavor in our gathering. As a celebrity guest will come to motivate our team members, a separate waiting room will be required as it will be a surprise session.
Can you arrange lunch in the afternoon and DJ facility in the evening? What will be total cost of this entire arrangement? Kindly sent us a quotation as soon as possible as we need to get the approval from our management.
