Dear Sir,
I am writing on behalf of my company, Tata Motors Ltd, to enquire about the conference hall and its facilities as we are planning to organize a training session on “CSI improvement strategy” from 25th July 2019 till 27th July 2019. All three days will have training cum brainstorming session imparted by external trainer from JDP CSI, Singapore.
All basic facilities like mics, sound system, and comfortable seats will be required in addition to a huge digital screen of 3 meters with HDMI facility. Moreover, high-speed internet and a huge TV with video conferencing facility would be required, as our top management will review the fruitfulness of the session. As a celebrity guest will come to motivate our team members on the 3rd day, a separate waiting room will be required as it will be a surprise session.
Can you arrange lunch in the afternoon and DJ facility on the third evening? What will be total cost of this entire arrangement? Kindly sent us a quotation as soon as possible as we need to get the approval from our management.
