I am writing to you because I am totally unsatisfied with the quality of the service. It disconnects time to time and during the last month every second day I called your customer service, and requested to check my connection point in your side.
Surprisingly, each time they said everything is correct in your side. However, after ten to fifteen minutes after my calls, the connection was available again. How is it possible?
First of all, I want to kindly ask you for a technical inspection appointment. I need you send me one of your engineers to check all the wires and equipment in our side.
Second, I hope you compensate this low quality service that you provided last month. Either refund the entire money that you charged my account, or at least reduce the price in my next monthly bill.
And last but not least, I hope for your understanding and I will wait for your response.
