Dear sir,
I am writing with regards to the closing of a sports and leisure club owned by you due to budget. It is the only fitness centre in our local community thus closing it will have a huge impact on our community.
Firstly, I along with my family is very much involved with doing a lot of activities in it such as my parents attend yoga classes, I play badminton and my brother practice tennis. In addition, my sister is a Zumba student at the centre. Thus, my family rely a lot on it for fun and fitness.
Moreover, not only my family, but it is a great benefit to the community as most of the locals work in IT department and dependent on the club for keeping them active and combat stress. Also, due to performing activities in a group, locals get time to get in touch with each other, Hence better social environment.
It can be seen clearly the bad impact of closing the club on local community. Like it will reduce the physical activities for them along with the social gathering. Similarly, it will be reduced because now they will be required to travel far for gym or sports club. As a result, they will avoid it due to lack of time.
