Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing a letter of apology to you with regards to the noise here in my house last Tuesday evening. The reason behind it was that my daughter and my niece are fighting. I was in the market that time that is why I was not able to scold them.
I really want to say sorry about that incident. It is such a disappointment. I know it cause a lot of damage to you especially to your son who was studying that time for his upcoming teacher’s board exam. I hope that the good relationship we had before as a neighbor will still be the same despite of what happened. I rest assure you that this will not be repeated again. My daughter and my niece are already aware that if ever they will do that again, a punishment will be given to them. Also, I did some house implementation for them to be aware and to prevent this kind of cases. Again, I am so sorry about that and I am humbly asking for your forgiveness. Thank you and God bless.
