Greetings!!
Hope you are doing great. I am writing this letter in response to your complaint letter sent to me yesterday about the noise from my flat. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and request for apology. I would like to explain myself on the actual cause.
This is mainly because of our upcoming wedding anniversary preparations, we had decided to hire a firm to renovate our house in the available short period of time. Hence, they had to bring heavy machinery to complete the assigned work. I was unaware of the fact that the sound would reach your house and create the disturbances around the area. I have already informed the personal to close all the windows with which the level of noise will lessen automatically.
I hope this measure would appease you. By the way, the work would be completed tomorrow. Please get back to us in personal if you hear any further noise from our flat.
Once again, I am extremely sorry for any annoyance caused by my action. I hope you would accept my apology. Thanks for your patience on this matter. Please come by tomorrow evening so that I take you around my freshly revamped flat.
