Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to apologise for the disturbance caused due to the plumbing work being carried out in my apartment.
The problem aroused because of the leakage in the side wall of my flat's bathroom. Initially, it was just water flowing out of the wall but day before yesterday, the pipe burst, and the bathroom was flooded with water. The wall was dig by the plumber in order to detect the exact point of leakage. The activity was carried out late in the night as we wanted the repair work to be completed as soon as possible.
I realized the fact that the repair work might have been a source of disruption to you as it was performed in the late hours of the day and I sincerely apologize for it. The issue has cause trouble to my family as well as we are five members and there is only one rest room available for use.
I will request the plumbing service to rectify the issue as soon as possible by increasing the work force so that the repair repair work can be completed in minimal duration.
