Hello, how are you? Hope you both are having a joyous time. I am writing this letter to apologise that I will not be able to attend the party that you are holding next Saturday.
I thank you both for inviting me for the house warming party that you are organising next Saturday. I am very grateful for the same.
However, I will not be able to attend the party as I have a preschedule plan. Next Saturday I have to attend the 50th Wedding Anniversary of my Uncle and Aunt. The party is to take place in Hotel Radisson and I have been given the responsibility to make arrangements of food, drinks, decorations and cake for the party. As a result, I have a lot of work to complete
Once again, I am really sorry for not being a part of your party, although, I was very excited to meet you and spend a lovely evening at your place. I hope we can meet this weekend for a dinner at The Taj Hotel and spend some quality time together. Please do let me know when can you do that.
