Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my views on the cookery class which I have completed last month. You will be pleased to know that I had a wonderful time at the class.
Let me explain my experiences in more detail. I have learn't many new recipes since I had enrolled in the course. I found the teaching staff very supportive and they kept me motivated. Also I got the opportunity to interact with many people, some of whom are still in contact with me. As we all come from different cultures and background, the concept of Role Reversal in which we share the recipe of our cultural cuisine with each other was very thoughtful concept and I personally found it very helpful.
Furthermore, this course has helped me to cook food at home which my family is loving it. Also I have been cooking daily as I have developed great interest after the completion of course.
In addition, I would like the school to offer me a course on Chinese cuisines so that I can widen my knowledge of cooking with different regional food items.
