Dear manager,
I am writing a letter to you."Because" l should complain about your stuff member. Recently,I had fixed a laptop of Dell company.when, l was fixed a laptop that time your staff member said to me," There are many other things with computer."Because" that days this company gives better offer. Like mouse,hard disk, Carry bag and pendrive.
On the other hand, I bring down there.I feel dissatisfied your service. For the reason that,they did not give proper things.which you did offer me. After that, I talked to with your employes. But, they did not satisfy to me. Also, they did not well response. I feel very bad experience."Because" they gives only mouse and carry bag when I did talked about that matter. They said,"stock is not available in time. Beside, I want to discuss with you. In that situation, I want to all material fastly. If you will not be given the offer material. Please you refund my money or change the laptop. As well l select that company product. Because they give the many offers. So I will be thankful to you
