The burden of pollution and traffic congestion can never be underestimated nowadays. It is very clear that such problems impose true threats to the survival of humankind in this planet. Thus it seems really much agreed upon that finding a solution urgently is a must. Otherwise the whole earth will witness devastating events that will surely mark the end of life. The only problem here is how to combat this issue. Some people suggest elevating the price of petroleum and petroleum-related by products in order to impede this vicious cycle. others, however, strongly oppose such strategy.
