No, I absolutely disagree with the fact that residing in a house has more perks than renting an apartment, and I am going to discuss my view points from a personal, financial and psychological point of view.
Firstly, my personal experience has taught me that when you purchase a house for yourself, you are totally on your own as you have no one to rely on in your absence to look after your house or pay your monthly bills at the same time.
